History

Janco360 was formed by Steven Janorschke in 2015. With over 15 years in the aquatics industry, Steven decided to use his extensive knowledge, experience and passion to build a company focused on excellence. In his own words, Steven describes his motivation for forming Janco360.

Entrepreneurship runs deep in my family. My father, a successful engineer owned his own engineer company that supplied tooling and dies to the automotive industry. His father and my great grandfather were both successful business owners as well. I plan to carry on that tradition.

I’ll make woking with me and Janco360 easy. Doing business should be easy! Shouldn’t it? I also like to do things right the first time, I don’t like doing things twice and I bet you don’t like paying twice either? I’ll personally guarantee your satisfaction. If your not happy with your new equipment we’ve installed or services we’ve performed simply let me know. I’ll make it right. Fix it, replace it, refund… whatever. I’ll make it right.
Commercial aquatics is a career for me, not just a job. And I love it. I eat, sleep and breath aquatics. I’ll strive to make this a great experience for you. I’ll treat you like a person, a customer not a number or a dollar sign. Why go to this extent…because I have a young daughter she’s watching daddy and how I treat people, how I talk to people and the integrity I show…and she picks up on EVERY bit of it. I want to be the best role model I can.
